How do I book a service on SkyPilot?
To make a direct booking, and access to our service, use the appropriate button “BOOK NOW” for a quote request on the menu at
the top right.
Once in the subsection BOOK you encounter a set of fields to fill in the following way:
Select the desired service between: hire or without driver.
E mail: in this field indicate the mailbox that you want receive the answer to your booking request. You will receive an initial email containing a summary of your reservation request and the code that identifies, in a later time you will receive an additional confirmation email with the mode of service delivery and payment information.
Full Name: enter the personal details of the person who making the reservation.
From: Identification, name and address of the location where you want to be taken for the transportation required.
To: Identification, name and address of the destination where you want to be conducted.
Departure Date: Enter the date on which you want to get the required service.
Time of going: showing the time in which you want to be taken at the location indicated above .WARNING it is recommended calculate in advance the travel time from your starting point for the purpose specified to avoid traffic problems and bad weather can make you lose connections with the trasportation that will allow you to continue your journey. Also, if you are direct to airports please remember that practice is required to arrive at least two hours before departure for check-in and any other business.
Please note that if you missed the plane or train where you are headed for heavy traffic or bad weather, SkyPilot will not be responsible in no case for this possibility.
Date of Return: Enter the correct date in which you want to obtain the requested service. If you do not want to receive a return service do not enter anything in the field.
Time of return : indicate the time at which you want to find the available rental car for the return. Remember, if it comes to flights, to calculate the time of pick the baggage.
You will recognize the driver that are be waiting for you at the exit gate with our nameplate and your name.
Number of passengers: indicate the number of passengers who use the service required to be able to provide the vehicle of transport required.
Number Storage: Enter the amount of storage you bring with you to be able to provide the vehicle of transport required.
Telephone Number: Enter your phone number for a possible communications.
After finishing the process of booking, will be confirmed by sending a first e-mail, titled "Reservation
Rental Service with or without driver", containing your reservation number and all the details of the itinerary or rental you booked.
This e-mail is generated automatically by our system.
Next to your posting, SkyPilot will find for you the rental service with or without driver more appropriate for your
destination and we will send you an email with details of details of the rentalcompany who will perform the service you requested.
At this point, to conclude the transaction and confirm your reservation, you must click on the link provided in the confirmation email and access the advance payment of our commission on the rate request with the checkout process online through Paypal.
The balance will be made by paying directly to the charterer at the time of withdrawal of the passengers or the vehicle.
LIMITATIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS
