PRIVACY PROTECTION NOTIFICATION

 

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No.196 of 30 June 2003 on personal data protection, we would like to inform our Clients that, in order to offer its services, SkyPilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia, VAT Registration Number: 03199060124, based in Laveno Mombello Via F.lli Rosselli 1 shall be handling the data by them provided or those acquired during the execution of its Service.

The data controller is SkyPilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia, VAT Registration Number: 03199060124, based in Laveno Mombello Via F.lli Rosselli 1 and is represented by the owner of the firm.

The list of the data processors and of third party data recipients can be requested from the offices of SkyPilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia.

The handling of data shall occur in accordance with a set of procedures apt to protect the User’s privacy and shall consist in their collection, recording, organization, maintenance, processing, modification, selection, mining, comparison, use, interlinking, freezing, communication, circulation, deletion and destruction, including the combination of two or more of the above operations.

The granting of consent by the User for personal data processing is optional. In case consent for personal data processing as per letter b) be denied, data processing shall be limited to the fulfilment of the obligations relative to the provision of the Service, as well as of the obligations provided for by European law and regulations. In case consent for personal data processing as per letter a) be denied, our Firm shall not be able to provide its Service.

The User’s data processing for the above purposes shall mainly occur electronically and through computerized technology, at all times pursuant of security and privacy regulations provided for by the law. Such data shall be held, by law, in the premises of Sky Pilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia and shall be handled by employees and/or professionals put in charge by the firm itself, who shall carry out the above-mentioned operations under its direct supervision and responsibility. For such purpose, the data communicated by the User may be passed onto external parties, also abroad, that will be carrying out tasks closely interlinked to and instrumental for the functioning of the Service.

Moreover, we would like to inform you that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No.196 of 30 June 2003, the Client has the right to oppose, completely or partially, the handling of his/her personal data and may, according to the terms and limitations provided for by current regulations, request confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, come to know their origin, receive intelligible communication of them, receive information about the logic, the procedure and the purpose of their handling, request their updating, rectification, integration, deletion, conversion into anonymous form, request the freezing of data handled illegally, including those no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which they had been collected, as well as, more generally, exercise all his/her rights recognized by the current laws and regulations.

The service is always available?
Yes, the service is always available.

In the case of rental with driver, I have to call back to warn of the arrival?
If the arrival times have changed since the time expected, a phone call warning you will avoid additional charges for the driver stops.

Completing the online form is mandatory?

Yes, by filling out the form below.

In the case of rental with driver, what happens if I lose the aircraft for heavy traffic or bad weather, or other means of transportation?
SkyPilot is not responsible in any way for these eventualities.

Can I pay your commission without using the method Paypal?
No, you can pay for our services supporting your credit card or your Current account to a Paypal account.

Can I use someone else’s Paypal account?
Should you decide to use someone else’s Paypal account, just enter the name on, and mention that you are allowed to use
Paypal account in his “Notes” section of the quote form.


How do I know if my request for quote will be received?
At the end of the quote request process, will appear a confirmation page send, and receive mail including the number of
request of quote.

Then we will send you an e-mail for quote booking required, with all the details of the rental service with or without driver you
have requested and will be able to pay the commission by email by going directly to the Paypal account.
The balance of the service will be paid directly to the driver of the rental.


In the event of rental with driver can I cancel my reservation request?
Yes of course, you must tell to rental company before 72h00 prior to the service, the references of the request to cancel, contacting the rental company immediately to avoid
that the practice of reservation continues to be charged a penalty. In case of cancellation before 72h00 hours before the service will be billed
a penalty of 20% of the agreed sum. In case of cancellation before 24h00 hours before the service will be charged the full amount of the sum
agreed.

In the event of rental with driver can I cancel a reservation already confirmed at the rental company?
Yes of course, but if you are already continued with the payment of the SkyPilot commission with Paypal, this will not be refunded.
We remember also that:
In case of cancellation before 72h00 hours before, the service will be charged a penalty of 20% of the agreed sum by the rental company. In case of cancellation
not later than 24h00 hours before the service will be charged the full amount of the agreed sum.

I Can I ask for quote on your site within 24 hours?
Yes of course. But not having enough time we could not find the rental to meet your need for transportation.
You will still be notified by email that your request has not been successful.

The information sent through Paypal on my credit card are safe? Your web site is secure?
Skypilot provides a secure booking:

Personal data will be encrypted.
Our server technology uses a “Secure Socket Layer (SSL), industry standard security protocol.

You will be asked a committees/fees on the SkyPilot service?
At the rate that we inform you by e-mail have already been added any fees.

In case of rental VIP I must pay in advance the full service required?
Yes, the payment of the VIP service will be paid in advance upon confirmation of booking at rental company and the availability of the vehicle
