PRIVACY PROTECTION NOTIFICATION

 

Pursuant to Legislative Decree No.196 of 30 June 2003 on personal data protection, we would like to inform our Clients that, in order to offer its services, SkyPilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia, VAT Registration Number: 03199060124, based in Laveno Mombello Via F.lli Rosselli 1 shall be handling the data by them provided or those acquired during the execution of its Service.

The data controller is SkyPilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia, VAT Registration Number: 03199060124, based in Laveno Mombello Via F.lli Rosselli 1 and is represented by the owner of the firm.

The list of the data processors and of third party data recipients can be requested from the offices of SkyPilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia.

The handling of data shall occur in accordance with a set of procedures apt to protect the User’s privacy and shall consist in their collection, recording, organization, maintenance, processing, modification, selection, mining, comparison, use, interlinking, freezing, communication, circulation, deletion and destruction, including the combination of two or more of the above operations.

The handling of data shall not only be aimed at the carrying out of the necessary and instrumental operations connected with the Service in question but also at: a) communicating such data to Companies whose work is necessary and instrumental for the functioning of the Service and/or to Credit Rating Agencies whose data are accessible to third party companies also outside the territories of the European Union; b) collecting general and specific data and information on Users’ preferences and tendencies; sending information and commercial offers also from third parties; sending advertising and informational material; sending commercial communications, also interactively; carrying out direct product/service marketing or sales activities, carrying out marketing research and possibly communicating its results to third parties, passing the data that have been collected and processed onto third parties for commercial purposes, also outside the European Union territories, in order to be utilized to sell or to attempt selling or for any other legitimate commercial and/or research purpose.

The granting of consent by the User for personal data processing is optional. In case consent for personal data processing as per letter b) be denied, data processing shall be limited to the fulfilment of the obligations relative to the provision of the Service, as well as of the obligations provided for by European law and regulations. In case consent for personal data processing as per letter a) be denied, our Firm shall not be able to provide its Service.

The User’s data processing for the above purposes shall mainly occur electronically and through computerized technology, at all times pursuant of security and privacy regulations provided for by the law. Such data shall be held, by law, in the premises of Sky Pilot di Di Terlizzi Claudia and shall be handled by employees and/or professionals put in charge by the firm itself, who shall carry out the above-mentioned operations under its direct supervision and responsibility. For such purpose, the data communicated by the User may be passed onto external parties, also abroad, that will be carrying out tasks closely interlinked to and instrumental for the functioning of the Service.

Moreover, we would like to inform you that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree No.196 of 30 June 2003, the Client has the right to oppose, completely or partially, the handling of his/her personal data and may, according to the terms and limitations provided for by current regulations, request confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, come to know their origin, receive intelligible communication of them, receive information about the logic, the procedure and the purpose of their handling, request their updating, rectification, integration, deletion, conversion into anonymous form, request the freezing of data handled illegally, including those no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose for which they had been collected, as well as, more generally, exercise all his/her rights recognized by the current laws and regulations.
